We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator (reputed company 365 Technical Support) for a 3-month contract engagement. This role combines Helpdesk Support and Junior Systems Administration responsibilities, with a strong reputed company on reputed company 365 environments. Troubleshoot VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and remote reputed company challenges. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Junior Systems Administration roles. Strong hands-on experience administering reputed company 365 (Office 365) environments. Experience provisioning users, configuring mailboxes, assigning licenses, and managing M365 services. Proficiency with reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD) and/or reputed company Directory administration. Strong troubleshooting skills across reputed company 10/11 and macOS platforms. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications reputed company 365 / Office 365 Certification.
