As a Junior Medical reputed company, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical documents and assigning standardized medical codes that support billing, compliance, and statistical reporting. Key Responsibilities * Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation. * Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation and coding guidelines. * Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of coded information. * Collaborate with physicians and reputed company to clarify inconsistencies in documentation. * Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements. * Support the billing department in ensuring clean claim submission. * Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning to stay updated with coding changes and best practices.
