This is a continuous role requiring high accuracy, structured data curation, and strict adherence to deadlines. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update internal international and national databases with accurate and structured information. Perform data curation, verification, and cleaning to ensure high-quality records. Track and follow up on data update deadlines and internal timelines. Ensure standardized formats, documentation, and naming conventions across databases. Coordinate with internal teams to collect missing or updated information. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management and operations teams. Maintain version control and structured data workflows for ongoing projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic database tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle repetitive and continuous data work with consistency. Basic understanding of creator databases, digital platforms, or agency workflows is a plus. Preferred Traits Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset.
