Lead Generation & Data Research Executive

Key Responsibilities Research and identify importers, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and retailers across international markets. Generate qualified B2B leads using multiple databases and research platforms.Build and maintain clean prospect lists with complete company and contact information.Verify email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and decision-maker details.Use trade data and import-export databases to identify active buyers.Segment leads based on product category, country, industry, and business size.Maintain lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.Remove duplicate and outdated records.Support the sales team with targeted lead lists for outbound campaigns. Prepare reports on lead generation activities and data quality. Required Skills Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with Apollo.io.Experience with Lusha.Experience with SalesQL.Excellent internet research skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPPivot TablesFilters and SortingData CleaningConditional FormattingText functionsGood understanding of CRM and Content Management Systems (CMS).Strong attention to detail.Good written English. Ability to work independently and meet daily lead generation targets. Preferred Skills Experience using Volza. Experience with ImportYeti, Panjiva, ImportGenius, Eximpedia, TradeMap, or similar import-export intelligence platforms.Knowledge of HS Codes and international trade data.Understanding of B2B sales and export markets. Experience working with export companies, sourcing firms, or international sales teams. .
