Client Relationship & Engagement Manager

We are looking for a dynamic professional who excels in both client account management and employee engagement. You will manage key client relationships while actively supporting and engaging employees deployed on the account to ensure high satisfaction and performance. Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong client relationships as the primary point of contact Drive account performance, delivery metrics, and identify growth opportunities Conduct regular connects with employees across shifts to boost engagement and address concerns Partner with HR & delivery teams on employee lifecycle activities, performance discussions, engagement, and well-being initiatives Ensure operational excellence, timely issue resolution, and contract compliance Requirements: 57 years in Account Management with HR/employee management exposure Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, employees, and internal teams. Good understanding of employee engagement, performance management, and workforce management practices. Ability to work UK Shift (2:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST) (TueSat) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools and reporting dashboards. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
