About the Company We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Walmart International Voice Process. About the Role The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior international BPO voice experience, and a customer-first approach to resolve customer queries efficiently. Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls for the Walmart process. Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and general account support.Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets. Qualifications - Any Graduate. Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience is mandatory.Excellent English communication skills.Comfortable working in rotational shifts.Freshers with good English can also apply Required Skills - Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills. Preferred Skills - Excellent verbal communication. Customer service orientation.Ability to work under pressure.Basic computer knowledge.Immediate joiners preferred.
