Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business presence across Durg, Bhilai raipur and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business prospects, managing client relationships, and executing field sales and marketing activities to achieve organizational growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits across Bhilai, Durg raipur to identify and acquire recent retail and business clients. Generate leads through market surveys, references, networking, and direct customer engagement. Meet prospective clients, present company offerings, and convert opportunities into sales. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Execute promotional and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market reach. Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Maintain daily records of client visits, sales activities, and business development efforts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients. Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to management. Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields preferred). 13 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Retail Sales, or Business Development. Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based role. Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication. Familiarity with the Raipur market and surrounding regions will be an added advantage. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in retail sales, digital marketing services, advertising, telecom, or related industries. Strong customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of achieving targets in a competitive market. Comfortable with extensive local travel within Durg, Bhilai and nearby areas. .
