Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of retail and wholesale partners, presenting product offerings across certified and non-certified diamonds and jewelry, and negotiatingpricing and terms. The role involves collaborating with internal teams on inventory planning, order fulfillment, and customer service, as well as preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular in-person meetings with clients, participation in trade events, and showroom or office-based activities.Qualifications Strong B2B sales and account management skills, with experience in building and sustaining long-term client relationships. Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewelry, including familiarity with certifications (GIA, IGI, GCAL), shapes, carat ranges, and industry standards.Proficiency in negotiation, pricing strategies, and closing high-value deals in a competitive market. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with skills in handling client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
