About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to own our INDstocks web trading terminal - the surface where our most active traders spend their focused hours. Web trading is a different product problem than mobile: power-user workflows, multi-pane layouts, chart-based order placement, and information density that a phone screen can't carry. You will design experiences for India's most demanding users: active traders and professionals who measure platforms in milliseconds and hate friction in any form. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role where you will work directly with engineering and design teams to ship trading tools that are quick, precise, and genuinely trusted by serious market participants. Key Responsibilities - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web Trading. - Own the end-to-end web trading - advanced charting, option chain, watchlists etc - Drive continuous discovery with web-first traders scalpers, options sellers, and multi-monitor power users. - Translate active trader pain points (speed, visibility, risk control) into elegant product solutions. - Define chart trading flows - order placement from the chart, drag-to-SL, bracket visualisation, chart-linked alerts. - Own terminal performance - WebSocket feed health, chart render latency, order ticket responsiveness; define SLAs with engineering. - Own revenue and transactional KPIs end to end Requirements - 36 years of Product Management experience in a trading platform, broker-tech, or market data product - Prior exposure to charting libraries (TradingView etc), order management systems. - Strong grasp of chart-based trading UX: order-from-chart flows, multi-timeframe workflows, and how charting needs differ across scalpers and positional traders. - Solid F&O; mechanics - options pricing intuition, Greeks, OI-based positioning, options chain as the primary decision surface. - Working knowledge of NSE/BSE microstructure, order types (market, limit, SL-M, GTT, AMO, bracket, cover), exchange matching mechanics. - Analytical ability to translate user behaviour into product decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management - ability to align engineering, design, business, and compliance. .
