This role involves working closely with engineering and architecture teams to build robust AI systems, leveraging modern GenAI capabilities, cloud platforms, and strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and data systems. Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), based on use case requirements. Analyze model performance, scalability, and deployment considerations. Contribute to the design of GenAI solutions such as RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and model integration patterns. Build and deploy AI solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI). Ensure adherence to cloud architecture best practices, scalability, and reliability standards. Data & ML Foundations Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and data engineering concepts in solution development. Required Qualifications 3+ years of overall experience in AI/ML engineering Hands on experience in Azure AI ecosystem Design and implement Multi-Agent Systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool-use. Develop AI agents using one of the frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen or Llamaindex. Expertise in sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embedding, semantic chunking, multi-vector indexing, and cross-encoder re-ranking. Expertise in LLM evaluation & guardrails Analyze model performance, scalability, and deployment considerations. Conduct rigorous latency analysis and throughput optimization for real-time agentic interactions. Collaborate with Architects to ensure AI solutions align.
