Role Description Were looking for a senior resource with a strong CGI / 3D animation background who has been actively exploring the rapidly evolving world of AI video generation. You should be someone who: Has a solid foundation in CGI, 3D animation, VFX or motion design Has hands-on experience experimenting with AI video models and workflows Kling, Seedance, Veo, Runway, etc. Understands how to push AI models creatively, rather than just using them at a basic level Has a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, movement and continuity Enjoys experimenting with new models, tools and workflows as they evolve Can translate creative briefs into practical AI-driven visual solutions Is comfortable leading and mentoring a team of 3 This is a hands-on senior role youll be creating, experimenting, problem-solving and also guiding the team in developing new AI video workflows.
