Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients. - Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. - Verify patient demographics and insurance information. - Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders. - Answer patient inquiries professionally and courteously. - Update patient information accurately in the EMR system. - Follow clinic scheduling protocols and HIPAA guidelines. - Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Required Qualifications - 15 years of experience in Patient Scheduling, Customer Service, Call Center, BPO, or US Healthcare. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Comfortable speaking with US patients over the phone. - Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
