Role & responsibilities ob Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A; Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should possess robust financial modeling and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in variance analysis, trend analysis, management reporting, and financial reporting under IFRS and/or US GAAP. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide meaningful financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Perform financial planning and analysis to support business objectives. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business performance. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Develop financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions. Monitor revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and cash flow. Support month-end and year-end financial close activities. Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS and/or US GAAP standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations. Identify prospects for cost optimization and process improvements. Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and management reporting. .
