Job Description: Access Healthcare Services is hiring an experienced CRC Certification Trainer (HCC) to deliver structured training programs, mentor coders, and ensure high-quality risk adjustment outcomes aligned with payer and CMS guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct CRC / HCC certification training programs Train and mentor medical coders on HCC, Risk Adjustment & Quality standards Perform internal audits, mock tests, and performance evaluations Support denial management & quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS & payer guidelines Track trainee progress and provide continuous feedback Candidate Profile: - 4+ years of experience in Medical Coding Minimum 6 months experience as CRC Certification Trainer (Mandatory) Strong domain knowledge in HCC / Risk Adjustment Hands-on experience in ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS Positive understanding of RCM end-to-end cycle Strong communication and presentation skills.
