Manager - Growth & Development Level: Mid-Level Location: West Bengal, Jharkhand & North Bengal Reporting To: State Head Sales Experience: 23 years in MedTech / medical devices sales Education: AnyGraduate, MBA shall be an additional advantage Role Overview Responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and executing ground-level customer engagement activities. This role requires product knowledge and the ability to independently manage the complete cycle from lead generation to deal closure and order execution. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Guide and support the Sales Executives Develop and maintain relationships with customer. Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technical discussions with customers Coordinate with the service team for demo installations, equipment handovers, and complaint resolution Assist in preparing quotations, tender documents, and proposals Ensure timely payment collection from customers Attend product training sessions and stay updated on new product launches Skills & Competencies Good working knowledge of medical devices Ability to independently handle the full sales cycle Strong customer relationship management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office and AI basic knowledge. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field travel Good communication skills .
