Skiptracer Are you an experienced auto finance Skiptracer who knows how to locate hard-to-find customers and drive real recoveries At SAFCO, were looking for someone who can go beyond dialingsomeone who can investigate, negotiate, and close. What Youll Do Locate customers using advanced skip tracing tools and investigative techniques Handle delinquent accounts through inbound/outbound communication Negotiate repayment plans and voluntary surrenders Experience with dealing with direct recovery agents and national forwarders Be comfortable with meeting customer outbound call requirements and meeting other minimum KPI requirements Manage the repossession process with vendors Maintain strict FDCPA compliance and documentation standards Work accounts others cant resolve What You Need Auto finance collections / skip tracing experience (required) Strong understanding of repossession and recovery workflows Proven ability to find and engage difficult-to-locate customers Solid communication and negotiation skills Experience with skip tracing systems, dialers, and loan platforms Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Work Setup Fully remote (U.S.-based) 1 week onsite training in Pompano Beach, FL Why SAFCO Established leader in non-prime auto finance Performance-driven environment where skill matters Real opportunity to make an impact in high-value recovery work Compensation & Incentives We offer a competitive base salary plus a performance-driven bonus plan.
