We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our software development company. The role involves identifying potential clients in India and the USA, understanding their software development requirements, and converting opportunities into successful business deals. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research companies that require software development services. - Generate qualified B2B leads from India and USA markets. - Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential business opportunities. - Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other sales channels. - Schedule meetings with prospective clients and present the company's software development services. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. - Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and prepare proposals. - Follow up consistently with prospects until closure. - Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or lead management systems. - Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the IT or Software Development industry. - Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). - Self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Passionate about achieving sales targets and business growth.
