This client-facing role will focus on implementing, enhancing, and supporting reconciliation solutions for financial services clients, helping drive automation, operational efficiency, and control improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of reconciliation domain knowledge, IntelliMatch configuration experience, SQL expertise, and stakeholder management skills. What You Will Be Doing Lead and support IntelliMatch implementation and enhancement projects for financial services clientsGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reconciliation solution designsConfigure reconciliation processes, matching rules, exception management, reporting, and workflows within IntelliMatchOnboard new reconciliations and enhance existing production reconciliationsSupport testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and go-livePartner with client, product, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality reconciliation solutionsAnalyze reconciliation breaks, data quality issues, and operational challenges, recommending improvements and automation opportunitiesSupport product upgrades, release activities, and production stabilization effortsUtilize SQL for data analysis, reconciliation validation, troubleshooting, and reportingProvide subject matter expertise on reconciliation best practices and mentor junior consultants as needed What You Bring Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in financial technology, professional services, implementation consulting, or banking technology6+ years of hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch (DIM) or comparable reconciliation platforms such as SmartStream TLM, Duco, BlackLine, Trintech, AutoRek, ReconArt, or Oracle Account ReconciliationStrong experience delivering end-to-end reconciliation implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production supportDeep understanding of reconciliation processes across GL, cash, payments, treasury, settlements, securities, and account reconciliationsStrong SQL skills for data analysis, break investigation, validation, and troubleshootingExperience working with financial institutions, banking operations, payments, treasury, or finance functionsExcellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams Added Bonus If You Have Professional Services or consulting experience within financial servicesExposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, XML, CSV, and file-based integrationsExperience with Agile delivery methodologiesKnowledge of ITIL, release management, and production support processesExperience mentoring implementation or support teams What We Offer Opportunity to work with leading financial institutions globallyExposure to complex reconciliation transformation programsCollaborative and inclusive work environmentContinuous learning and career growth opportunities FIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
