About the Role We're looking for an execution-focused Associate Innovation Programs Delivery to support the end-to-end execution of corporate innovation, accelerator, and international programs. You'll work closely with startups, corporates, mentors, and ecosystem partners to ensure seamless program delivery and an exceptional stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of innovation, accelerator, and corporate engagement programs.Coordinate with startups, corporates, mentors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful program outcomes.Manage onboarding, communications, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and program logistics.Track program milestones, dashboards, and deliverables while ensuring operational excellence.Collaborate across sales, partnerships, marketing, finance, and startup relations teams for smooth execution.Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.13 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, customer success, consulting, or startup ecosystem roles.Experience working with startups, accelerators, incubators, innovation programs, or enterprise-facing initiatives is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership.Preferred Backgrounds Startup EcosystemAccelerators & IncubatorsCorporate InnovationConsultingProgram Management Join us in shaping the future of innovation by enabling startups and enterprises to build, collaborate, and scale together. .
