Technical Delivery Manager

Purpose: Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for serving as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business/IT strategy planning, development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. Principal Duties/ Responsibilities Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.Provides leadership, organizational structure and resource management for multiple Engineering teams.Provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development.Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning.Lead and manage technical delivery resources.Establishes and organizes application development plans aligned with the goals / strategies of the business staffed with appropriately skilled technical resources.Plans work for subordinates, monitors performance, and conducts performance appraisals. Interviews and makes recommendations for additional staff.
