Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Product Sales Manager Function/ Department: Business Banking Job Purpose: 'The role entails scaling up the Industrial Equipment and Medical Equipment Loan business by implementing strategies to expand the product portfolio, strengthen channels, and enhance market penetration. The PSM will be responsible for onboarding OEMs, dealers, and key ecosystem partners to drive market share in the most cost-efficient and technology-driven manner. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations, Credit, Digital, and Analytics teams to ensure consistent delivery, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction. The position is focused on building scalable processes, developing strategic partnerships, and creating compelling customer journeys. Roles & Responsibilities: Onboard and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners in the industrial and medical equipment ecosystem. Drive penetration of equipment loan products across key customer segments through targeted campaigns and initiatives. Develop and manage product offerings ensuring competitive features, pricing, and customer-friendly processes. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing teams to increase customer acquisition and engagement through both physical and digital channels. Work with business analytics teams to identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell. Liaise with Credit and Operations teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience. Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) Post-graduation: MBA Experience: 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Equipment Financing/SME Lending/Business Banking. .
