Lead operators, technicians and shop-floor personnel, allocate manpower and monitor shift performance. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, procurement and management to ensure uninterrupted production. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, housekeeping and 5S standards. Support new product development, process trials, tooling improvements and capacity-enhancement projects.
