You'll contribute to sales, marketing, lead generation, and strategic initiatives while collaborating across teams to execute high-impact projects. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective Banks, NBFCs and enterprise customers.Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow up throughout the sales cycle.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other online channels.Create marketing content, presentations, case studies, brochures, and product collateral.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, product launches, webinars, and industry events.Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to support customer requirements and strategic initiatives.Maintain sales pipelines, campaign performance reports, and CRM updates.Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events, with travel as required. Skills Required Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Passion for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and customer engagement.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn.Familiarity with LinkedIn, digital marketing, and email marketing concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools.Ability to multitask, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal supervision.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi and Tamil preferred. Preferred Qualifications Up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Growth, Marketing, or Business Development within FinTech, RegTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Technology companies.Engineering or MBA from a reputed institution.Strong understanding of the Banking, FinTech, SaaS, and AI technology landscape. .
