Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements, design decisions, and change management. Drive Delivery & Execution Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, prioritization, and execution within Agile frameworks. Ensure predictable, high-quality releases with strong focus on performance, stability, and operational excellence. Provide Technical Leadership Guide system design and architecture for distributed, microservices-based platforms. Review designs, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and aligned with long-term platform goals. Run Production Systems with Accountability Oversee production health, drive improvements in observability and reliability, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Establish strong engineering practices for operating real-time, high-availability systems. Build & Develop Talent Hire, mentor, and develop engineers across experience levels. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
