Responsibilities Deliver multidisciplinary projects by producing high-quality GIS outputs, spatial analysis, and data management using ArcGIS Pro and ETL toolsDrive digital transformation through innovative, client-focused geospatial solutions across Water, Energy, Earth, and Environment Take ownership of data integrity by managing and validating data capture in-house and through third parties, including designing local and enterprise geodatabasesDeliver GIS outputs that meet established standards, scope, and budget while consistently achieving exceptional quality and client satisfactionCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored geospatial solutionsShare knowledge and innovations to strengthen the technical capability of the GIS teamHelp shape efficient working practices that deliver industry-leading, best-value services to clientsProvide GIS expertise across the business wherever neededCommit to continuous professional development to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications Required Skillsets Relevant 7+ years of experience in GIS modelling & related projectsIn-depth understanding of GIS principles and geospatial data management, with the ability to apply them across diverse sectors Proven experience in designing and deploying Esri Enterprise solutions, including:Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online Configuration of ArcGIS web applications such as Experience Builder, Dashboards, 3D scenes, Survey123, and Field Maps Skilled in building and automating workflows using FME Form (desktop) and publishing workflows to FME Flow (server) for enterprise-level automationProficient in at least one programming language for developing geospatial applications (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, R/Shiny), including use of Esri APIs where relevantHighly proficient in managing spatial data using File Geodatabases (FGDB) and Enterprise Geodatabases (EGDB), ensuring data integrity and accessCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality and identifying opportunities to add value through GISCommitment to continuous professional development and staying ahead of emerging technologies BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (BGV) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process including documents uploaded is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner.
