Job Description: The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Includes: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights. Prepare and present reports to senior management. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and drive integrated marketing initiatives. Champion the brands digital presence, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all digital platforms. Skills & Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. .
