Role & responsibilities: Support the Benefit Implementation process by analyzing received from Sales, Benefit Sales, and Implementation team to determine benefit setup needs for new clients, existing clients, and/or PEO software.Configure and create benefit plans within Prism (HRIS) for new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.Ensure quality assurance of benefit configurations and maintain data integrity across systems. (ClientSpace), ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation. Respond to internal and external inquiries efficiently and professionally, including routing and distribution as appropriate.
