You play a crucial role in shaping their initial experience with us, helping set a compassionate, supportive tone from the very beginning. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth, warm intake process that reflects our commitment to exceptional care Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for potential members, providing a positive and professional introduction to the organisation. - Conduct client intake processes, gathering essential information and guiding clients with patience and empathy. - Communicate effectively with clients, Service Coordinators, and insurance companies to facilitate a seamless intake process. - Collaborate with Service Coordinators to ensure members receive the support they need in a timely manner. - Handle inquiries and resolve issues with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. - Document and maintain accurate records of each clients intake process, following company guidelines. Responsibilities - Disticntly soft US accent - Prior experience in customer service, intake coordination, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care. - Familiarity with healthcare services, insurance processes, and/or homecare is a plus. - Candidates should be open to working in night shift - No cab .
