Location: Gurugram Experience: 2+ Years NP: Immediate to 30 Days Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for development of Electronics components like control modules -Telematic Control Module for the Tractors, Harvesters and construction machines as per CNH development procedure with first time right approach and within defined cost targets Work towards modular design approach and commonise the parts across platform. Drive the development cycle start from requirement study, concept preparation, part development, production and post production. Work closely with Electrical project engineers, Project team, Purchase Team, Product Cost Management team, Quality team and suppliers. Evaluate technical capabilities of supplier and selection of supplier with Purchase and Quality team. Prepare Product Card (RFQ) and ECN. Write specifications, design quality procedures. Prepare component development plan along with milestones. Review component DFMEA of supplier and conduct/ participate system level DFMEA of that component. Assist in root cause analysis and verification of resolution for problems identified during testing. Prepare part level DVP. Evaluate test results and do necessary changes to meet the DVP at supplier end. Collaborate for vehicle level DVP with PV and participate in vehicle level testing. Release of component drawings. Execute quality and reliability improvements. Requirements: - Min 2 years of career experience, with bachelors degree in electronics Must have core hardware design experience of electronics control modules which includes system design, schematic design, design calculations, selection of microcontrollers and other semiconductors, performing simulation, low level software like boot loader and BSP. Knowledge of CAD tool like CREO, Teamcenter, Polarion is desirable. Must have application knowledge of control modules. Ability to deliver to aggressive deadlines and meet commitments. Apply his/her specialized skills to different products and is flexible in swapping work context quickly in line with frequently changing priorities Is analytical and has significant demonstrable problem-solving capabilities and experience Ability to work and co-ordinate with geographically diverse (international) teams. Person should have fair knowledge of production process of control modules which includes SMT assembly, Injection molding, end of line testing etc. Other Information: - Person should have Knowledge of homologation requirements of electronics components for India, Europe and America markets. Person should have Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Excellent aptitude at analyzing and consolidating information Experience with Agriculture /construction or commercial vehicles is desirable. An independent thinker, able to work under minimal supervision, but has the ability to recognize issues that need to be escalated. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadline. Willing to travel domestically and internationally as per project needs. .
