Interested candidates kindly share your updated CV to nivitha.a@prodapt.com Experience required : 10-20 yrs Skills required : E2E Solution Architect/Designer with Telecom OSS/BSS Work mode : In office Location :Chennai , Hyderabad, Pune & Bangalore Notice period : Immediate to 30 days joiners Overview We are seeking a Telecom Solution Designer to support the design and delivery of telecom transformation initiatives by producing high-quality solution artifacts, collaborating with onsite teams, and ensuring successful implementation across OSS, BSS, and enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed solution designs. Produce functional specifications, interface designs, workflows, data mappings, and process documentation. Design integrations between telecom platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party systems. Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests. Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and product owners throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities. Review implementation against approved solution designs. Maintain architecture and design documentation. Required Skills 1218 years of Telecom domain experience. Strong understanding of OSS/BSS processes and telecom service lifecycle. Experience with system integration, APIs, data modelling, and workflow design. Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, Open APIs). Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Preferred Experience with CRM, Order Management, Billing, Inventory, Service Assurance, ITSM, Workflow Automation, or Network Operations platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms and up-to-date integration technologies. .
