Role & Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end Appian solutions from discovery to deployment ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards. Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex process flows into optimized Appian applications and integration patterns. Architect high-availability Appian settings on cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructures, integrating with ERP, CRM, and legacy systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Define and enforce Appian best practices SAIL component design, object reuse strategies, performance tuning, and deployment automation using Appian DevOps tools. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet SOC2, GDPR, and internal audit requirements. Mentor junior Appian developers and conduct code reviews to maintain architectural integrity and elevate team delivery standards.
