Role : End User Computing Architect Location:Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida Client : TCS Notice Period : Serving / Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities: - Exp in leading a team for EUC support Incident handling and reporting - Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. - Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops. - Troubleshoot and resolve firewall and network related issues. - Provide second-level support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common applications (MS Office, browsers, etc.). - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems. - Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and skilled manner. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. - Assist in setting up and supporting video conferencing systems and remote access tools. - Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies .
