Job Title: Automation Architect Location: TechM Hyd HIC GuestHouse Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect with a strong background in Tricentis TOSCA to lead our automation strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will define enterprise level automation architecture, create scalable frameworks, and guide teams in best practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving automation excellence. Responsibilities 1. Automation Architecture & Strategy - Define enterprise level automation architecture using Tricentis TOSCA. - Create automation frameworks that are scalable, modular, and maintainable. - Develop test automation strategy aligned with CI/CD pipelines. - Select and implement automation design patterns for UI, API, DB, and end to end testing. 2. TOSCA Implementation & Governance - Set up, configure, and maintain TOSCA environments, repositories, and workspaces. - Apply TOSCA best practices in Module building, Test Case design, and Test Data management. - Oversee Tosca Commander, Execution Lists, Distributed Execution (DEX), and Test Configuration Parameters (TCP). - Establish governance for automation standards, naming conventions, and version control. 3. Technical Leadership - Guide test automation teams on TOSCA methodologies (MBT, RBTA, Vision AI, API Scan). - Perform peer reviews of test artifacts and ensure quality of deliverables. - Mentor junior automation engineers and drive knowledge sharing sessions. Mandatory Skills - Proven experience as a TOSCA Architect with a deep understanding of automation frameworks. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and integration of automation within these pipelines. - Expertise in test automation design patterns for various testing types (UI, API, DB). - Experience in setting up and maintaining TOSCA environments and governance. Preferred Skills - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in mentoring and leading teams in a technical capacity. - Knowledge of additional automation tools and frameworks. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7 10 years of experience in software development and automation testing. - Robust analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. .
