Senior Architect Architecture & Execution

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 58 years of experience who can independently manage the complete architectural process from understanding client requirements and developing concepts to preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring execution at site as per design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design and execution for residential, villa, apartment, and commercial projects.Understand client requirements and convert them into functional and aesthetically strong design solutions.Develop concept designs, space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.Ensure drawings are properly coordinated and issued to the site within project timelines.Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and design intent.Resolve architectural and site-related technical issues during construction.Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.Review material samples, finishes, mock-ups, and workmanship where required.Track design changes and ensure proper documentation and revision control.Review shop drawings and contractor submissions.Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions.Ensure projects meet required quality, design, safety, and timeline standards.Take ownership of architectural deliverables from concept to completion and handover.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).58 years of relevant professional experience.Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.Good understanding of building materials, construction detailing, and site execution.Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or other design software will be an advantage.Strong understanding of working drawings and construction details.Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.Good communication and client-handling skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to independently manage multiple project requirements and deadlines.Willingness to travel to project sites when required.What We Expect We are looking for someone who: Takes complete ownership of assigned projects.Can work independently with minimal supervision.Has strong attention to detail.Understands both design and practical site execution.Can identify issues before they become site problems.Maintains proper documentation and drawing records.Communicates clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Is proactive and brings new design ideas and practical solutions to the team.Compensation: 19,879.93 - 72,762.01 per month Application Question(s): What is your Current Package Which is your Current Location Do you have Notice Period How Many Years of Experience Specify your Skill SetsWork Location: In person .
