Job Title: Sr. Functional Consultant ERP Locations: Ahmedabad / Delhi NCR / Indore Experience: 57 Years Department: Customer Success / ERP Consulting Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory) Process Industry (Preferred) Pharma Industry candidates highly preferred Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation, client engagement, and functional consulting across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP modules, proven experience in managing client-facing projects, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring successful ERP adoption. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Deployment Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, and Inventory Control modules. Configure, deploy, and manage ERP systems and backend databases. Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and functional consulting. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison with enterprise clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. Team & Stakeholder Management Manage and mentor ERP implementation teams. Collaborate with ERP core teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of ERP projects aligned with business goals. Support & Training Provide ERP support by resolving client queries via phone, email, remote, or onsite. Maintain flowcharts, SOPs, and prepare user manuals. Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops. Travel Extensive travel to client sites for implementation, training, and relationship-building activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate with strong ERP functional expertise. Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation and consulting experience in Manufacturing/Process/Pharma industries. Strong knowledge of ERP modules and business processes. Hands-on experience with PLSQL and ERP backend systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to independently manage ERP projects and client engagements. Prior experience in team management and mentoring.
