Technical Architect (System Integration) - Principal Consultant

Experienced Technical/Enterprise Architect with over 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of governing end-to-end solution architecture across enterprise applications, integrations, identity management, reporting, and related platforms Strong background in enterprise application architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns, security, and data architecture TOGAF or equivalent certified professionals preferred Experience of developing technical solutions involving Webservices/Rest APIs in the context of an ERP application (Oracle preferred, not mandatory) Experience leading design reviews, technical risk assessments, and resolving cross-functional issues involving multiple vendors and internal teams Working knowledge of architecture governance frameworks standards alignment, cybersecurity requirements, data governance, and integration best practices Strong stakeholder management skills able to work directly with vendors, business stakeholders, and project teams to evaluate options and provide technical guidance Skilled in maintaining architecture documentation, reviewing technical deliverables, and identifying cross-system dependencies Experience managing architectural risks, assumptions, and exceptions throughout project lifecycles Exposure to HR/Payroll platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, ADP) is ideal but not mandatory; broad enterprise systems experience is the priority Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences .
