Assistant Membership Administrator About the Role Support the Membership team in delivering a seamless member experience while assisting with applications, renewals, payments and day-to-day membership administration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop experience in membership, hospitality and customer relations. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing new membership applications and supporting Membership Committee meetings. Follow up with members on joining and renewal fees through phone and email. Support new member onboarding, including preparing membership packs and RFID cards. Maintain accurate member records and assist with card replacements and member information updates. Monitor outstanding payments and support renewal and expiry processes. Assist with waiting list management and member enquiries. Support the Membership Manager with day-to-day administrative requirements. Maintain membership stationery, cards and other supplies. What We're Looking For Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, administration or a similar role preferred. Good command of spoken and written English. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and records. Positive, proactive and member-focused attitude. .
