Greetings we are for Scrum Masters - Environment Management and Change Management Please Note *This is a WFO Profile in Respective Cities. - Chennai/Pune Bengaluru *All the interviews are only in Walkin Mode in respective cities *Need minimum 2 year full time experience after Graduation *Trainee and internship/Trainee experience not considered Required Skills: - 57 years of experience in Environment Management, Release Management, or Change Management. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Change, Incident, Request modules). - Working knowledge of JIRA and MS Project. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM). - Experience in release coordination, patch management, deployment planning, and workplace lifecycle management. - Coordinate application releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. - Manage production changes, incident coordination, and critical triage calls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful deployments. - Monitor release schedules and ensure adherence to change management processes. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or process automation initiatives is an added advantage.
