We are seeking a dedicated Change Management Executive to join the Production Department within the Components Nova Business Unit at Tata Electronics Private Limited, located in Kelamangalam, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute change management strategies to support production initiatives and business unit goals. Monitor progress of change projects and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement. Identify potential risks and challenges in change implementation and proactively develop mitigation plans. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in change management within a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
