Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience in Python ecosystems. This is a pure IC (Individual Contributor) role focused on architecture, hands-on coding, scalability, and building next-generation AI-powered systems. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, distributed backend systems, and Agentic AI/LLM-based application development. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and scale intelligent healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI. Build secure, scalable, and production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices. Deep understanding of system design, design patterns, data structures, and OOP concepts. Familiarity with Linux environments and DevOps fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications Experience in US Healthcare domain, EHR/EMR, HL7, or FHIR integrations is a plus. Experience working in high-scale SaaS product companies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
