Technical Scrum Master - Python (Chennai)

Project Description: We are currently seeking a Technical Scrum Lead to help support our Banking Project in its continued transformation journey. Responsibilities - :Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables of the Project - .Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path - .Help stakeholders to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools - .Monitor, track and provide outward communication for improved transparency on teams progress against their delivery goals for product releases - .Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis - .Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team - .Drive and lead the scrum activities for the scrum teams within the ongoing sprints - .Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management - .Implement process improvements inside teams - .Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory - .Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency - .Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team . Mandatory Skills Descriptio - n:Overall Experience of 8+ years along with at least 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Banking Domai - n.Intermediate-level knowledge in Pytho - n.Extensive experience in CI/CD Pipeline Management across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environment - s.Good knowledge of Code Coverage practices, testing strategies, and quality metrics to ensure adherence to engineering standards and Definition of Done (DoD - ).Good understanding of SDLC preferably who has worked in technical role (BA, Dev, Tester) in previous projects with solid time, cost and value managemen - t.Experience in using Jira and other Agile development tool - s.Experienced in working with globally spread cross-functional and multicultural team - s.Able to do excellent demos/presentation - s.Experience in managing onshore/offshore teams and able to resolve any roadblocks and work or team conflict - s.Excellent written and verbal communication skill - s.Understand incremental deliveries and value of metrics, schedules, capacity and milestone trackin - g.Familiar with common agile practices, service-oriented environment s.
