About the Role This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution within the ePharmacy business. As an intern, you will work closely with city leads and central teams on high-impact operational and growth problems. The role is designed for individuals who are comfortable operating in ambiguity, enjoy breaking down complex problems, and are keen to build a first-principles understanding of how large-scale consumer businesses are run. What You Will Do Own analytical workstreams: Build and run analyses on business performance, supply chain efficiency, and city-level metrics Drive operational rigour: Track key KPIs across markets, identify gaps, and work with teams to ensure closure Support on-ground execution: Work directly with city teams to implement and monitor key initiatives Problem solve at scale: Break down ambiguous problems into structured approaches and actionable insights Market & competitive intelligence: Track pricing, service constructs, and competitive dynamics across markets What Were Looking For Profile: Solid problem-solving ability with a structured approach High ownership mindset bias for action over observation Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders Skill set: Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL) Transparent and concise communication Ability to translate data into insights and action Prior exposure to internships in consulting / startups / operations is a plus Why this role Direct exposure to real business problems with tangible impact Prospect to work closely with operators driving scale across cities Steep learning curve across supply chain, growth, and operations Mandatory Note: We are looking for candidates who have completed their B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
