Chief Technical Officer Experience: 1520 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Role & Responsibilities Lead the overall technical execution of residential and commercial projects. Provide technical guidance to Project Managers and site teams. Monitor project quality, cost, timelines, and construction standards. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams. Review project planning, progress, and technical issues. Manage major technical challenges, variations, and design changes. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements. Drive standardization and best construction practices across projects. Report project performance and key technical matters to senior management. Preferred Candidate Profile 1520 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction, preferably with large residential and commercial projects. Strong experience in managing multiple projects and technical teams. Excellent knowledge of RCC, finishing, construction planning, QA/QC, and project execution. Strong leadership, decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience with reputed developers/EPC companies will be preferred. Work Location: In person .
