Disk Ingestion Manager - Data Center and Networking (Hyderabad)

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager (Disk Ingestion) for our Data Center and Networking operations in Hyderabad. This is a leadership role for someone who has individually managed teams of at least 15 members and brings robust hands-on expertise in data center infrastructure, networking, and large-scale data ingestion. You will own disk ingestion workflows end to end, oversee high-speed data transfer operations, and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of storage and networking systems. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role based in Hyderabad with shift timings of 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST. - Own and manage disk ingestion workflows end to end and large-scale data handling operations. - Oversee data center infrastructure including servers, racks, and storage systems. - Lead high-speed data transfer operations and ensure data integrity and throughput. - Drive performance, reliability, and security across storage and networking systems. - Mentor, allocate, and manage the team while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. - 7+ years of overall experience and mandatory experience in Data Center and Networking. - Hands-on experience with data centre infrastructure (servers, racks, storage systems). - Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs). - Experience with high-speed data transfer tools (Aspera, Signiant, Rsync, FTP/SFTP). - Familiarity with SAN/NAS/object storage systems. - Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and scripting basics. - Knowledge of RAID configurations, file systems, and backup strategies. - Proven people-management experience leading 15+ team members.
