We are a lean, high-conviction team. This is not about inheriting a running engine - it is about building one. This is a builder's role, not a manager's. No sales team, no CRM full of warm leads, no marketing on retainer. You own the entire commercial function end-to-end: build the pipeline from zero, run the full cycle, and own brand visibility. If you want to inherit a running engine, this isn't it. What you'll own - Pipeline from scratch target research (OSINT-backed), personalised outbound, discovery, proposals, negotiation, close. Full cycle, cold to signed engagement letter. GTM per service line ICP definitions, top-100 account mapping, channel strategy, competitive & pricing positioning.Brand & content LinkedIn thought leadership, capability decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies; content timed to regulatory milestones (RBI circulars, ISO/DPDPA deadlines). Partnerships & BD tech alliances, VADs, and early international entry (GCC, SE Asia). Draft SOWs and milestone-billed proposals.CRM discipline clean pipeline stages, activity logging, forecasting, monthly reviews with the Managing Partner.
