Job Description Build the revenue engine for a company that has built AI/ML that scaled to over billion devices In the past. We built smart AI assistants in the past for smart homes and enterprise security. Our systems have run at billion-device scale. Now were building NIKI: an agentic AI platform that automates cybersecurity and enterprise operations at machine speed using natural language, not code. Now we are hiring the person who will build 0 -> $2M revenue pipeline and close the first $2M in global ARR, and design the commercial blueprint for the next $20M. The Role: This is not an AE role. This is not a Head of Sales title without ownership. This is the Founding Global Sales Lead. You own the global revenue number. $2M ARR in 12 months. Personally. Across India & South Asia - APAC (Singapore, Japan, Australia, SEA) - North America - Europe There is no SDR team. There is no demand-generation machine. There is no inherited pipeline. You build it. You close it. You document it. Then you scale it. If you want comfort, this is not the role. If you want leverage, growth, and the right to build the revenue function your way, keep reading. Preferred, not required.MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or Strategy, preferred, not required. The candidates we respect most are those who have demonstrated commercial judgment in the field, not just in a classroom.Cybersecurity certifications, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent, not required but a genuine differentiator. A salesperson who holds a cybersecurity certifications and degrees earns a different level of respect in a CISO conversation than one who does not.Sales-specific credentials: Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman, or equivalent methodology training, signals that you approach sales as a craft, not a personality contest. What we will not compromise on: you must be able to hold a technically credible conversation with a PhD-level CISO about intent-based security policy, AI agentic platforms, AI governance, AI agentic threat detection, and regulatory compliance frameworks. If that sentence makes you uncomfortable, this role is not for you. WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
