Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager (Salesforce CPQ / Oracle) Experience Level: 710 Years Employment Type: Full-time Location : Hyderabad (Onsite) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to drive successful project execution across complex technical landscapes. In this role, you will lead cross-functional delivery, manage project governance, and bridge technical requirements with business outcomeswith a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ/CLM and enterprise application environments. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning & Execution: Develop end-to-end project plans, establish timelines, and track project activities to ensure on-time delivery. Governance & Delivery Hygiene: Manage project-related governance, risks, issues, and quality assurance hygiene items across all project phases.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, effective communication across team members and key stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reporting.Quality Assurance Coordination: Partner closely with QA teams to ensure proper testing methodologies and quality standards are systematically followed.Documentation Management: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements, operational processes, architecture flows, and deliverables.Resource & Task Management: Oversee team resourcing, task allocation, workload balancing, and day-to-day project execution. Required Qualifications - Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience with proven expertise in Scrum and Agile solutioning methodologies. Technical Domain Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing projects involving Salesforce CPQ / CLM or Oracle platforms.Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and logic-building skills to interpret complex data and rule relationships.Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, active listening, organizational mastery, and time-management skills.Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively in high-pressure environments. Preferred Qualifications - Strong exposure to ERP enterprise application landscapes, cross-system interdependencies, and data/information flow design. .
