Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce, with expertise in managing client communication, project requirements, and task alignment. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), plugins, and experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Experience Portal, and other Salesforce features. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 3-4 certificates in the Salesforce domain. Key Responsibilities: ### Client Communication and Project Management* *Manage client communication to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are set *Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation * Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client satisfaction goals ### Technical Expertise * Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and plugins * In-depth knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Experience Portal * Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components * Familiarity with Salesforce security, data management, and integration best practices ### Task Alignment and Execution * Align project tasks with client requirements and project plans * Develop and execute technical plans, including coding, testing, and deployment * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and deployment * Ensure high-quality deliverables and meet client satisfaction goals ### Certifications and Continuing Education * At least 3-4 Salesforce certifications, including: + Salesforce Administrator + Salesforce Developer + Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Salesforce CPQ * Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices ### Additional Responsibilities * Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team skills and expertise * Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success * Contribute to the development of Salesforce best practices and standards Requirements:* 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce, with a focus on technical consulting and development * Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and plugins * In-depth knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Experience Portal * Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components * Familiarity with Salesforce security, data management, and integration best practices * At least 3-4 Salesforce certifications * Strong communication and project management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have:* Experience with Salesforce Einstein, MuleSoft, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum * Experience with cloud-based development and deployment * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools What We Offer:* Market-competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,600,000.00 per year Benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat, Gujarat (Surat) .
