Role & Responsibilities Design and govern enterprise-grade Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations. Lead cross-functional discovery workshops to translate business objectives into scalable technical blueprints and roadmap prioritization. Architect multi-cloud, hybrid, and data mesh solutions integrating Salesforce with AWS/Azure, APIs, and legacy systems. Define governance frameworks for security, data model integrity, CI/CD, and platform performance under Salesforces scalability constraints. Advise stakeholders on licensing optimization, technical debt reduction, and platform evolution (including GenAI/LLM integration patterns). Mentor solution architects and DevOps teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce architectural best practices and design patterns.
