Job description Assignment description Loaction- Bangalore Operational Support Ensure the smooth operation of Directory Services Active Directory Entra ID ADFS PKI and other IAM components Troubleshoot issues manage configurations and maintain optimal service performance Development Support Assist in the development deployment and maintenance of new Directory Services and IAM features Provide ongoing support for development activities ensuring alignment with operational goals and objectives Incident and Request Management Handle service requests and incidents related to Directory Services ensuring timely resolution and efficient communication Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address issues promptly Service Improvement Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency functionality and security of Directory Services Implement changes and enhancements to optimize IAM processes and services Collaboration Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to enhance IAM integration and development efforts Foster collaboration to drive service improvements Security Compliance Maintain and enforce IAM policies to meet security and regulatory standards Contribute for security assessments security score evaluations and vulnerability management Skill requirements University degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent You bring extensive handson expertise in managing and optimizing Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services Microsoft Entra ID Public Key Infrastructure PKI DNS and Federation Services Deep understanding of how cloud and onpremises resources interact within hybrid environments You excel at contributing to the secure design operation and maintenance of identity provider solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality Proven ability to independently own and address and resolve authentication or directory services issues while providing updates and performing root cause analysis Extensive experience integrating applications with modern authentication protocols including expertise in Azure AD App proxy MFA conditional access policies and other IAM capabilities Additionally you bring knowledge in one or more of the following fields Entra ID connect PAMPIM scripting thirdparty IAM solutions Indepth understanding of LDAPS Kerberos and other authentication methods and protocols such as SSO OIDC SAML etc Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies staying up to date with advancements in the identity and access management space Key point to be consider Solution Specialist Mandatory Skill 1.Practical Experience with emerging identity capabilities like Passkeys FIDO2 and Identity Protection 2.as well as on technologies such as ADFS and PKI CA MFA SSO SAML OAuth PIMPAM DNS App Proxies EntraID LDAP Kerberos 3.Have done Development and implementation for Directory Services and IAM features Competencies and Certifcations Relevant certifications in Identity management Microsoft technologies would be preferrable Knowledge on Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender technology stack benificial Role description As a Solution Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and continuously developing the services offered by the Directory Services team with primary focus on Identity and Access Management IAM capabilities Experience 73 to 96 months experience Note Candidate need to work from Client location Manyata Teck park for 50% of the working days in the month Skills Mandatory Skills : Azure Active Directory,Entra ID,IAM .
